I think i am damn suay or just that the world don't like me, or for heaven sake, i am been assisted by that idiot cos he know i cannot achieve gold.
now my ippt had to be postpone thanks to one idiot who without any eyes or his eyes growing in his ass.
i still don't understand how in the world did he manage to bang me down with such a big pavement for him to cycle past.
i tried to understand from a cyclist view considering i am always banging into stuff when i cycle, but still, he is an idiot. I bang to pole or lamppost, and not human!

nvm, i shall wait for my stupid ankle to recover and retrain again. It's off but i will be back in 3 wks time. Stronger and better timing.

the only good point to note from my run is: i am going to get a silver at least cos i have clock only 10 mins plus with less than 300m to go till that idiot bang me.

and it show that, despite the lack of training, i am capable of good timing.

for now, time to see that tie ta to speed up the recovery process.
