amazing buildings (edited!)

web surfing when i saw these. amazing structures that is going to be iconic to their country in future. and all these were built due to the organising of the games.

Bird's Nest: a 91000 seat Olympic stadium that is design to look like a bird's nest. Amazing part is it look like tangling random steel "twigs" together.

Water Cube: Olympic aquatic center. A simple squarish building that is covered with translucent blue panels that give it the appearance of being covered in bubble wrap. At night, it offers an otherworldly blue glow.

The Egg: New National Theater. A shimmering egg-shape dome.






Unnamed building: to be used by CCTV as headquarters. looks like two drunken high-rise towers leaning over and holding each other up at the shoulders.

it is amazing how these buildings are constructed and hopefully in future, SG will have such iconic building other than our current Esplanade.

Upcoming one will definitely be the IR at Marina and the Sports Hub at Kallang.

Iconic Buildings all around. i just can't wait for the day to come.
