day by day, i am getting happier despite the fact that exam is approaching!

let's continue where i left off the previous post. all i will say is, action done. Now is waiting for the day to come. Let's just pray there won't be any last min activities that need me to readjust my timing. tat same night, Jin paste me this interesting webby. Useful for newbies!!! fri is lab day. whole day of lab. morning was FUN as it was machining. Doing turning with one of the other guy. while we wait for our turn, we had a little chat. Seriously, he is quite an interesting chap and perhaps it is time to expand my network of friends again. lab officer was asking who had experience in doing the machining. of cos no one say so. But from the way i did my workpiece, he ask me this,' u did this before?' again i denied as i don't want any extra attention. quite glad when he commented that i seems to know how to operate the machine so well despite being "first timer". got to admit, i nv like machining in poly until i went to Kieser for attachment. It was there i grew attached to machining and one reason why i feel extremely disappointed when i know i cannot specialise in precision engineering. But whatever it is, the lab is a good one which make me know new friend and had chance to do machining again. Afternoon lab was a killer, Our 'bomb' didn't go off, so had to get the data from other groups. So Sad!

headed home from sch to change and rest a while before meeting sop to go vin bbq.

stupid sop changed to a later time so i end up having more time to get the present and the worst thing is she came without bringing her present, so end up had to accompany her home to take the present again. her brother is an asshole, rather sit and slack than to pass her the present. after that, we head off to vin place. the first thing we reached, vin offered each of us 2 cans of beer as welcome drink, ppl got 1 each, but sop and me got 2 for going so late and missing 'book' bday. wth!! so end up having to drink both. idiot sop is so smart, run off to pretend looking for food and vin make me drink her share as well. so within 10 mins, 3 cans down! seriously, we all know the objective is to make vin drunk, but as we all know, he is a hard core drinker whereby i never see him drunk before. But whatever it takes, everyone just tried their luck. while ppl was taking turns to make him drunk, sop and me were busy cam whoring. LOL! then, had to peel off prawn shells for her. Idiot thing is i thought i will have at least one prawn, but ended up she had eaten the last. good thing she know how to "zuo ren" and offered me satay instead. Cake cutting session is next. OMG, ice cream cake from hagen daz. Super nice, even better than the one from swensens. HMM, NXT YR I WANT ONE!!! hehe! after that, the 'make vin drunk' regime resume. though i stay out from it, vin was looking for challenger himself and he came to me and sop to challenge us. however, instead of beer, this time is long island and tequila. took one pint of long island and a few shot of tequila, sop's "bf" hong, refuse to drink for her, so end up is me again!! well done, i told myself to abstinate from alcohol and in one evening, i had drank 5 cans of beer, 2 pint of long island and several shot of tequila. after my challenge together with cathy's challenge, we manage to see vin puke. damnit, we drank so much with him and he only puke, with no sign of drunk! argh! after that we headed back to vin place and resume more drinking. Only this time, i drink soft drink. LOL! headed home with a heavy head.

the party was quite fun. despite not knowing most of the 'kids' but seeing the older ones like jeremy(vin's bro), and serveral of his ex- classmates is so nice. still remember how we hang out together in the past and they will brag abt their army happening (sec sch only) and now, most of them are parents themselves. Guess jeremy is the most stunning, only 32 and he got 3 kids le with the latest addition just last wk. as for the kids, it is not really nice to see them smoke. One of them underage and is chain smoking, really feel like giving him a earful. worst is he offer sop a smoke. Luckily the girl run to my back. LOL! and then end up the kid offered me, Only to be scolded by one of vin classmates,' do you know it is an insult to offer someone older than u a cigrettes, and especially when he smoke before.' omg, the kid just turn and apologise. LOL!! comical. (let me clarify, i am not a smoker! and though i smoke before, it was on social basic and now, i AM NON SMOKER!) another shocking thing is, Cathy oso smoke. i thought she didn't but she did, must be under the influence of wx. Lousy bf. vin is crazy and he link me with sop again. i say no, sop kept quiet and it is the same old story. Whatever! Anyway, i dread the arrival of Nov, It is a month full of bdays!! when i tot i already bought enough presents. Sop ask from me! argh, now i got one more to get. haiz. Anyway, i owe her one movie treat oso. guess i will settle that after exam. And the next time we party together will be the christmas party!

woke up this morning with a terrible headache. but despite it, head off to SIM to study with HS and Darrice. Damn cork as SIM had super lousy facilities. wonder where they spent the "higher sch fees collected" on. head home after dinner with HS and guess i will be doing the lab report later or tml!

As the days go by, the uneasy feeling grows. got to calm down. A flustered mind won't do me any good!
