went for the Singapore Passion Run this morning, the run was great. alright not going blog much abt it since i had did it here but i am going to comment on jon phang. he is damn chui and lucky he admit if not i kill him. lol. i thought i might not complete it and walk but ended my phang tell me to slow down at the 3km mark when i am getting into my momentum. damn it but can't blame him since he had not run for suck a long time. Now i do believe i am not "chui", just plain lazy. My determination is there. all i need is to put it into good use.
alright, guess for the rest of today, i will "nua" at home and prepare for the post run effect which is endless pain and cramps to my poor thighs and knees.
Singapore did well last night compared to Monday, but sadly it is still not enough for a draw. Euro 08, Portugal is damn good as they beat turkey 2-0 while swiss lost to Czech 1-0.
Sharapova no. 1 placing in the tennis ranking is so short lived as Ana Ivanovic won French open to become the world number one.
alright, time for a short nap after a morning of good run.
