Disappointed

i am disappointed. seriously, this disappointment is nothing i can do about nor change anything. and it is definitely not the cause of my own action.

i guess when u expect things to go on right and it doesn't, you just can't help but feel the sadness.

expectation is high, but the people doing it must be able to meet them or they will only caused disappointment to the one who set it out.

once again, it is a question of committment but this time round i think i feel more disappointed than before.

planning is just to get a good start. How well a project goes does not depend on the plan but the action taken when the plan was changed during the execution phase. This is something so many ppl don't understand and yet insist on having a perfect plan.

one who plan well does not necessary make a good leader but one who react well to changes in plan is a capable one.
i really wish i am the latter and will continue trying to work towards it.
