Mon is the end of CNY! so fast sia and with that i counted the number of "ang pao" i had this year!! quite a lot compared to last year as the relative passed it to mum despite me didn't go for the visiting.

wanted to type this during the cny period but somehow it slip my mind everytime i blogged. Last year, i did a "coverage" of what different days mean, so this year i shall do one which is a tradition of cny which is lion dance!

saw quite a few performances at my neighbourhood during this period. Most of them were great however, there seems to be some sub standard performers who look more interested in getting the money than to do a serious performance.

Anyway, it is nice to see other races to be involved in the troupe itself, and one incident make me see that ppl do appreciate the performers' effort. the "lion" are supposed to jump on those tall stands to get to their "fruit" and somehow the "head" just lost his footing and fall flat on the ground. instead of jeers, claps and words of encouragement can be heard for the performers.

as for mon itself, went to the Raffles museum and snap around. Quite a nice place to be and to see so many "dead and preserved" animals, it is nice to learn of their existence.

after the lessons, met up with wei and then HS and we had dinner. One more thing, was WEI CHING AUNTY birthday also. must put super big plus bold since i say i wun call her aunty only on her bday! haha!!

today was mum bday. went to jp for dinner and then it's home. Anyway, i am a bad boy! i overslept and missed my lecture in the morning and i slept in automation lecture oso. haiz. there goes my clean record of this sem. NVM! shall not repeat it again.

alright shall go study le. time to work hard!
