Sch Started~!

hey yoz, it is the end of the second day of sch. And guess what, i had seen all my 6 mods overview. so i guess i can kind of have a little expectation for the next 13wks. let's start with the most uninteresting mod.

Feedback- the lecturer look ok. however i guess it is more of a mental barrier Once i know it is sort of a electrical/electronic mod, i kind of lose my interest. BUT.. i shall not give up on it!
Natural Heritage- SS mod, Can be SU. however i think i will try to ace it. The lecturer is so funny and somehow i am totally interested in the nature stuff and the history of these places. The only BAD thing: THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US FREE ADMISSION TICKETS TO UNDERWATER WORLD, something previous batches of students get.
Design Project- a continuation of what we did in previous sem. As mentioned previously, despite the setback, i am still looking forward to it.
Engineering Professionalism- Damn boring lecture, despite the fact the lecturer tried all means to make it interesting. One good point, the case study does look interesting!
Materials for Engineers- My second choice of elective. Hmm, i can say i didn't regret. it look interesting enough though i foresee several dry topics. however, the lecturer seems intereactive enough and humourous.
Automation- OMG! i going to love this mod. videos was shown and guess what, it was all on how they pack milk, make jelly beans, and even hersey bars. LOL! actually it is not how to make these items that we learning, but why automation is important that we learning, but somehow it further enhanced our interest in other stuff. BTW, it is some sort of finance mod too as we need to learn how to calculate the compound interest and stuff.

All the above are based on first lecture impression! only time will tell if they are truly interesting. But with the interest so high as of now, i do hope that my passion for all these will last me throughout.

Another highlight: i didn't sleep at all even during the continuous 6 hr lecture today!

other than studies, went for badminton yesterday. YEAH!! i kick off my intensive training with badminton and then, during the night went for run. I got to admit i am old. Super Muscle aching now. However, i shall persevere on.

went to lib and i finally found that mindgym book Saufi recommend. shall have a good read and see if i ever become as crappy as him. LOL!
That will be my third book of the year when i complete it. Currently still on my sun tze's art of war.
Screwed reader digest! 3 whole mths and i have not get my first copy. called the agent and the company and none picked up my call, email them 3 times and no replies. SCREW UP!!! I HAD PAID FOR IT MAN!!!

met up with luke, chantal and wilson. dinner with them. YEAH!!

Shall stopped here as i want to rush through my Sun Tze book and start on my MINDGYM!!!
