a tour in NTU..

went to NTU todae... for a tour.. with wei..
our tour guide wc.. was late.. for half an hour..
so when we reach the lecture theatre.. its like almost 45mins late..
but seems like lategoing is their behavoir.. cos.. when we r late.. there are numerous ppl who are later than us.. lol...

sat in for the linguistic lesson.. erm.. actually i find it damn interesting.. wonder we have such modules?? lol.. but there i learn quite a bit.. though i believe it's just scratching on the surface only..
variation in languages like english, spanish... and the language and culture...
woah... nice lesson seriously... and of cos the numerous clip and songs we get to hear.. from the american black rapping to wu bai songs to the direct translation of 老鼠爱大米.. so it's really an interesting lecture.. and the world have over 6000 languages.. and the number is decreasing tremendously due to language extinction..
save the languages... lol...
and singlish is the way to go.. if we sg wan to keep our identity.. ok.. enough said.. there is no proper english.. only more "english" than the other.. cos of the numerous variation of english.. lol...

after the lecture.. (which is like 1hr 15mins.. and there is no break though its a 2hr lecture.. haiz..) we went for lunch.. and i get to taste their laska.. the one tat went on tv.. and its really good..

lunch over.. and its just walking tour round NTU.. been in NUS for so long.. i suddenly feel great to be in NUS.. not becos of the high competivity.. but becos of the life in NUS.. NTU seems like a "dead city" maybe the time i go is on a fri afternoon where ppl tend to go home for the weekend.. or maybe it's still the first wk.. but i still think NUS is better..
building wise.. woah.. grey building all round.. and not really user friendly as well.. cos the direction sign is damn 乱.. or maybe i not used to it ba...

NTU to NIE.. and i think NIE is not bad... hmm.. quite a nice place to be in..
a place to go for study when i grad in 3 yrs time ba..
the AMO library in NTU is damn nice.. one of the best building i guess.. and the exterior look like a golf greens..
den it's off to canteen 2.. where we had ice cream waffles..
before heading off to the sports complex and Nanyang house.. and ending our tour in the biz sch..

the whole tour was fun.. see a lot.. and get to see the other uni lifestyle..
guess i compare a lot.. lol.. but no choice ba.. cos really "chui" ma.. hmm.. better dun sae le.. or i kana condemned by NTU students.. lol.. ok.. got to thanks wc though for showing us around.. and hearing us ranting of the lousiness.. lol... nxt wk her turn to come suan us abt NUS le.. but i guess.. there is nthing much for her to suan ba.. lol...

oh yar.. 1 more thing... the whole dae in NTU.. and there is no 美女at all.. wat a wasted trip!!!!! lol.. another plus pt for NUS.. lol.. cos there r loads of them there.. lol..
