reflect and review

rook.
went to poh wedding dinner.. yes.. mr ryan poh.. PS2..
he got married... and invited mi and his platoon commanders to his wedding..
a table of 10 for us.. and only 6 went..
kana sabo to go up stage for the yum seng thingy.. so embarrassing.. but luckily phang did the work.. lol..

this shop is going to close down.. and seeing the wallpaper of the shop.. plus the ambience b4 it..
we all feel "lovely.... lol..

spend my sat at home rearranging my notes.. and i have damn load to do..
went to a wake during the nite..

my sun was great..
din study much.. but still did study abit..
went to run with mum.. and she is slow..
so end up i just go ahead first..
being so long since i sweat.. and its good feeling..

while running i did a bit of self reflection..
being playing too much.. and i lack concentration during studies..
all this is due to the lack of exercises..
so i have decided..
to have back my fitness regime..
to go for runs again..
so i can get my mind fresh after sweating it out..

time for some change.. and time to improve..
it take a certain self discipline.. and a certain will to keep it going..
but i noe i definitely can make it..

happy 1 mth post ORD...lol..

WHEN WILL MY DREAM BE FULFILLED???
