A LONG JOURNEY: crazy wk..

1 more wk gone..
nthing much done..
but plenty of things to think thru..
whack the platoon for the first time in 3 wks..
cos of 2 idiots...
can't believe how silent i made them do the punishment in..
30 mins.. and most ppl cannot take it..

4 guys being charged..
3 for countraband items.. 1 for disobey lawful order...

1 fight between 2 officers..
hmm..
now this is the key...

i noe u will read..
so i will do the necessary things here.. and see wat follow up u wan..
its my fault that i tok to u in that tone.. instead of "shouting at u" as u said i did..
i believe its not the shouting but the tone of my voice.. that caused both of us to erupt..
i apologise for that..
however... i am piss of wat u sae over the phone that i should go and find out myself..
as well as the officer thingy..

both of us r stubborn and wun apologise to each other face to face..
both of us r oso too egoistic to admit its our fault...
so let hope u see this.. and i apologise to u..

one more thing..
as a friend i telling u.. u can choose to listen.. or u can choose to ignore..
from 1st batch till now..
u changed.. and its not only mi tat is saeing this..
i not going to name names.. but just sae.. some of the commanders think likewise too..
u r just too stress out.. but din wan to admit...
u may tell us to be open to u.. but each time some of us try to tell u.. u just brush it away..
causing us to find it hard to tell u..
certain things r not being able to be seen by urself but easily seen by ppl around u..
stress out is one of the things..
hopefully after reading this u will reflect abit..
believe if u wan or u can just ignore..
i'm telling u this cos i still treat u as a friend as well as a fellow commanders..
and i dun wan to have a strained relationship due to one small incident in the morning..
