yes!!!! i'm back.. but for 1 nite..
y?? cos OC wan us to take a break.. so half the commander will stay while the other half will leave..
actually intend to stay thru out..
but when OC ask..
y u still here?? tis morning... i decided to leave.. lol..

1 wk plus.. with tis batch..
i would sae its a good start..
brand new commanders.. who all put in effort...
sect comd to PS to PC...all doing our best..
and most importantly.. we toking to each other...
and with a good communication.. its a good sign of great things ahead..

the recs.. take time to adapt..
since its a pes c batch..
i am patience..
but i notice a big difference in myself..
i am more relax.. not handling all things..letting my PS do wat is supposed to be his..
and i am more strict...expecting higher standard..
lol.. issit all tis due to the experience aft 2 batch?

a bunch of medically unfit guys.. but nv give up though they noe that they have certain thing they can't do..

and all of them r highly motivated now..

i scolded them.. joked with them.. yet the bond is starting to get stronger..

was really amazed by them.. especially todae route march...
they sing and sing... loud and clear..
one of the most enjoyable route march i ever have in my whole army life..
though its just 4km.. but not forgetting they r pes c..
they still make it thru.. with so much energy...

a renew energy..
renew confidence..
tis batch hopefully will be the best ever i had.. as wat they sae they wan to be.. after..
i tell them.. my first batch will always be the most "UP" batch..
